Ok I don't get this when ever I try to connect to any TF2 server I get the "couldnt allocate any ip port" error I googled it a couple times and people said its caused by running a TF2 Server but i'm not running a TF2 server.
Help plz
Try right clicking TF2 and clicking on properties, then "Set Launch Options", then type in "-port 27016" (Without quotes) and try again.
