Whenever my friend logs into Steam, and tries to play a game online, the Server list wont appear, and re-installing doesn't help. Help please. :buddy:
I had a problem a while ago that when I searched for servers it crashed my internet connection.

Only other thing, is it could possibly be being blocked by the firewall
We have no clue how to port anything, and his firewall isn't blocking anything.
the portforward site I have given you has a guide of how to set it up on whatever router you have
