I just started playing again and what are the recommended ones? So far,I have:

Bartender 4
Cartographer
Questhelper
Carbonite

Don't worry too much about your interface till you hit level cap a basic one such as that will do fine.

Because Carbonite and Cartographer don't work together,so I have to use QuestHelper and it sucks a lot of ass. It's in my addons folder but not enabled.

And carbonite is better than questhelper, questhelper is shit. Just get rid of questhelper and cartographer and enjoy the improved quest tracking that's loads better than questhelper.

Pitbull is way overrated. Don't listen to the elitists. Use whatever works for you. Personally, I don't like pitbull. I can configure Xperl to work exactly how I want it and use other mods for parts I disable. (eg. the lame raid frames got replaced with grid)

generally the fact i can make it do whatever i want and display it however i want, that's a good thing in my opinion. don't get me wrong, i like xperl, it's a good solution to getting some simple easy to customise frames but if you really want that extra level of customising, pitbull 4.0 is THE way to go

Well, Omen is alright if you are seriously raiding. Tbh, ever since Wotlk it's pretty hard to pull agro anyway so even Omen really isn't a necessity anymore. It used to be, though.

DeadlyBossMods? -Nah, everyone should be aware of the flames/spikes/etc spawning on the ground without a god damn Addon. Atleast I raid fine without it.
For Arena, Gladius.
Also, for raiding, as a healer, or a dispeller, I'd suggest Grid raidframes, small, lightweight, highly configurable.
Some Unitframes, PitBull4 is great.
Some small addons like OmniCC..
Then just a functional brain.
