How geared do you need to be to... - Games

How geared do you need to be to run a 10 man Ulduar? Can anyone post maybe a armory of it? I have decent gear, though I'm afraid to ask someone in-game and end up being totally useless. :P I'm a DPS Plate Wearer btw. Sure I sound like a noob right now, but all I want to know is how geared you have to be to atleast be accepted into a 10 man Ulduar. :/

How about less cliffhanger title? And for dps, bare minimum for ulduar10 is 2.5k. If you do 3k then you're doing fine.

And even from there, you'd have to be pretty good at playing your class.

I would say it takes more brain than gear to take down the end bosses in Ulduar 10. If you can smash out a 2.5k+ dps you'll do fine.

Since I'm a Holy Paladin my say won't mean much to you, but I did Ulduar-25 before 10(still not even done 10) & I wasn't even Naxx-25 geared, was doing Naxx-10 most of the time. Still I'm not really Naxx-25 or better geared, but I do pretty well.

healing is different because 'skill' (and i use the term lightly) can carry you through even if you have shit gear

I know, it's why I said won't mean much. But if you're keeping a crappy DK Tank up... It's not fun on Razor.
