Why don't you try finding one?

Go to server list, and just refresh all of it, and just click on the Ping sign and just join whatever servers have the lowest pings for you.

Most of the time it's pretty obvious what language the server is because of the name. low ping -> german name -> german server

[Brainmaster]

Saigns is the only german server i know of (and play on).

I don't understand jack shit about what they are saying though, but ah well.
