I was on youtube and found this- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hzet9Mx6Mc I have NEVER seen this, and It looks pretty legit. Am I missing some huge detail? Was this a old E3 Trailer or something?
Female Assassin Combine? ok fake
Fan made. Here, i gift you with a clock :)
Fake.
I haven't seen it before, it has been uploaded recently... and it's in russian. Though it could be a leak (doubt it)
Female Assassin Combine? ok fake
You know that the female combine assassin was part of the HL2 beta, right?
You know that the female combine assassin was part of the HL2 beta, right?
But it was cut.
It's rather different from the other Episodes trailers... The G-man voice sounds pretty legit though.
This isn't a leak, this is fake. It's a fan made video by someone who wants to spread stupid rumors around the internet.
But it was cut.
So was the borealis.
Oh yes. Very real looking except for when the Combine Gunship clips STRAIGHT THROUGH THE BOREALIS.
It's rather different from the other Episodes trailers... The G-man voice sounds pretty legit though.
They could have just went through the game's sound files and taken that, or merged a couple of different sound files to get that one.
very boring video IMO
Video is a spy.
It's rather different from the other Episodes trailers... The G-man voice sounds pretty legit though.
because it's taken from the GCF files. Some voice clips were cut but you can still find them in the GCF's
gunships noclip'd into Borealis?
Oh yes. Very real looking except for when the Combine Gunship clips STRAIGHT THROUGH THE BOREALIS.
Well it's possible that the ship is in a state of phase shifting, so anything can go through. Just like with the Philadelphia experiment! Omg! Valve rox. This is real trailer.
But it was cut.
And no company ever uses cut content later in a sequel/expansion. :D http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Cryo_Mine "The Cryo Mine was originally a weapon cut from the final version of Fallout 3 for an unknown reason. It does not exist in the final version of the game, nor does it exist as an unused item in the G.E.C.K. editor. However, the mesh and texture are contained within Fallout 3's BSA files. Another cryo weapon, the Cryolator exists only as a mesh and textures in Fallout 3's BSA files." Fake but pretty good. The way I envision the first Ep3 teaser is the camera panning across the Arctic, all icey and shit, while Eli's voice repeats what he said in Ep2, like "We must destroy it, it could cause another Black Mesa" and then you see the Borealis and it's all like "Ep3 LOL"
Even though it is probably fake, we should get the views up on this. It's much better done that ANY fan trailer I have seen thus far. Most of them are just footage of episode 2 mixed in with concept art.
I used the Google Translator (It's inaccurate, I know), and the Russian word in the title says "Fan", meaning he probably didn't try to pass it off as real.
Fake. Thats the beta version of the borealis with minor modifications from another mod. Gman's voice is from the current games, and... Well, thats it.
0:06 lol

Its a very well done fan made trailer for sure.
I found this trailer which uses entirely pre-existing materials and has inexplicably been released only by a single Russian guy, seems pretty legit.

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Cryo_Grenade "The meshes and textures for the Cryo Grenade can be found in the BSA files for Fallout 3, suggesting it was cut from the retail version of the game, and Mothership Zeta appears to simply implement the existing files. Another cryo weapon, the Cryolator exists only as a mesh and textures in Fallout 3's BSA files. " It was not implemented until the 5th DLC (Expansion).

i'm confused as to how you could EVER think that this was legit
