Well since school it starting, I was wondering if anyone knew any good usb shooters and or strategy games. Right now i am trying to get some of my friends to get a usb game called Warsow, its pretty fun and is about 175mb. Try to keep games you recommend under 1gb.

Well this game is quite large 700mb, but i play on buying a 8gb sandisc cruzier so ill check it out

You can get Opposing Force to run off a Steam Install on a USB. I had many a LAN game in History class last year.
Get ZDaemon and some WAD's, there are many free, legal, NOTWAREZDONTBANME, wads out there with co-op play. Or you can just DM.

how did you get steam on your usb? are you running a os on it?

All you do is copy the steam.exe to the usb drive and run it.

Well i just copied over steam folder, just no all the games. I'll get back to you about if this works on another computer without steam. By the way anyone have any good open source games that are fps andcan run on a old school computer?

instead of installing it to the hard drive change the install directory while you're installing it to the thumb drive?

it worked for me. it was stuck at 99% so i just cancelled and than it was working when i tryed the application again. this should work. :)

Sweet, I started a trend. It actually does work, just the way you guys are doing it. My friend also put his Opposing Force on the drive, and we just set it up to run in offline mode, and once we started the game, handed it over to friends to play as the game gets set to run on RAM after it is executed.
