[B]Evocraft Server Information
[/B]The Evocraft server has recently been upgraded to provide you with a better gaming experience on your visits. The new dedicated server allows more players to play at the same time with less lagg...How great is that!?
This is the current status of the server:

Any planned downtime on the server will be posted on the forums to keep you all informed if we expect anything to happen to the server or if any maintenance is needed.
[B][B]Server Rules:

No Hacking -[/B] Hacking of any kind will result in a permanent ban.
[B]
No harassing other players -[/B] This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of ethnic, racial, or sexual grounds. Breaking of this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban depending on the severity of the harassment.

No spawncamping -[/B] This includes sitting inside or just outside the spawn for the purpose of attacking players entering or leaving the spawn. PvP relatively close to spawn is naturally allowed, camping however is not. Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban alternatively a permanent ban in case of repeated offences. Spawncamping also includes sitting at someones bed killing them repeatedly while they are completely defenseless

No logging out to avoid combat -[/B] Disconnecting during or to avoid combat is not allowed. However quickly reconnecting to negate the invisibility bug is allowed. For it to be regarded as such you need to log back quickly. (In a few seconds) Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban alternatively a permanent ban in case of repeated offences.

No using teleport commands to avoid combat -[/B] Any use of teleport commands in battle or to avoid combat is not allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban alternatively a permanent ban in case of repeated offences, and commands may be removed. This includes abusing the teleport function to teleport in to combat.

No excessive swearing -[/B] Slight cursing is allowed, however excessive swearing is not allowed, this also includes swearing on sexual and/or ethnical or racial grounds. Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban alternatively a permanent ban in case of repeated offences.

Respect the admins - [/B]First and foremost, cursing and harassing admins is not acceptable when they are performing their duties. Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban alternatively a permanent ban in case of repeated offences.

No Exploiting shops -[/B] There are logs of the shops. If you are found using any kind of shop exploit (ie puting armor in a shop then removing it to fill it's durability) you WILL be banned
[B]
No setting home on land that's not your own -[/B] This rule applies only to donors with /sethome command, Although sleeping in another bed is allowed but not advisable.

Abusing Saddles -[/B] Using saddles to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent, such as using saddles to enter bases, or using saddles to kill players is not allowed and will result in a ban. (This also applies to using a saddle on a player without their permission)

Aswell as, anything that is deemed abusing, hacking, exploiting in any way MAY result in a ban, even if it is not stated here in these rules.
[/B]These rules may be changed at any time without notification, so make sure to check in on them regularly. Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse for breaking them.

Server Features:

A faction system (You can claim land for your faction so people cannot break your blocks!)

Player classes, such as an archer, warrior, or mage, that allows the player to have special skills.

Skills such as mining, herbalism, or acrobatics

A shop system (Evos are the currency)

A regional map change periodically (To keep the map clean)
