Holy @!%&
Only a few of those are good. And D2D is bad.
GTA IV is an amazing deal. I recently bought the Episodes for the PC and I love it. Shame that all my friends only have the original on PC.
hoyl fuck at the gta iv deal
[editline]08:28PM[/editline]
someone buy it for me please D:
Imperium Romanum was a pretty decent game.
I bought GTA IV, but I'm not sure I can run it that well.
e6600 2,4ghz
8800gt
4gb ram
You'll run it well enough
Got GTA4 back at the Steam Christmas sale
and SupCom back at the $5 game D2D sale
Why won't Mass Effect 1 go on sale?
Supreme Commander any good?
Even though these prices are cheap I am staying the hell away from Direct 2 Drive after two of the 5 dollar games I bought wouldn't fucking install.

It's one of my favorite RTS games of all time, and that's my favorite genre.

I take it that the first one is better, looks like they ruined the second one pretty badly.
Of course, that is how all RTS sequels work. Apparently.
Thank you so much man
I bought Clear Sky for $5 last week.
There's a lot of stuff on there. Is that Manhunt 2 I found the infamous AO version?
[editline]11:54PM[/editline]
Do I need to download anything else to purchase a game, or does it literally just download direct to my hard drive?
If I order GTA4 from them, can I activate it on Steam? I'm pretty sure it was this site that I bought Saint's Row 2 from, and I was able to enter my product key in Steam and download it through there instead.
Could someone buy me GTAIV? :buddy:
[editline]01:01AM[/editline]
Please?
Holy shit. I think I might grab GTA. Thanks OP.
The installer for GTA 4 is about 14 GB... I have 409 GB free on my hard drive... But it's telling me I don't have enough free space to complete the download. What?
[QUOTE=windwakr;21459778]If you aren't using Firefox, you have to use their download client. Other browsers have issues with large files.
If you are using Firefox, then something weird happened. Just use their download client, you can uninstall it when you're done.[/QUOTE]
I was using firefox.
So I just downloaded their client... And it's actually downloading a hell of a lot faster than FF was. I was getting like 1.5 MB/s in FF, and with this client I'm getting like 5 MB/s
Damn... I just got Men of War for free and its expansion pack too..
My gift card had 2.45 left on it so I went like Fack it might as well try. And it actually worked.. and then I tried the expansion pack and that worked too. Won't work anymore but still, free game. Also my gift card only got charged 1.25
Hey, will I be able to mod ArmA 2 if I buy it off D2D? I was able to with ArmA 1 so I assume so, but wanted to make sure.,

I see no reason why the place of purchase will affect it's modability. I got it off steam and it works just fine.
Men of War - £1.95
:flashfap:
Ugh. GTA 4 on the PC is just as bad as Saint's Row 2 on the PC. I have to put it at the most shitnificent graphics ever seen for it to run smoothly, and while SR2's biggest downfall is that the vehicle steering is the most sensitive system ever created, GTA4's downfall is that it bluescreens or gives me a fatal error after a few minutes of playing.
I read that AAAAAAAaaaaaa is pretty good
guess ill try gta4 considering the price.

Actually, while the PC port of GTA IV is bad it's a lot better than SR2. SR2 looks terrible and has an FPS of 15, while GTA IV looks great and has an FPS of 25 for me.
Although now GTA IV crashes after playing for about 15 minutes.
