These are the rules for the Minecraft Server MC-Realms:
Note: As a general rule, my old rust bucket of a computer won't be on all the time. The server will usually be up from 5.30 GMT - 10.00 GMT (or the next morning).
I will give plenty of notice if i'm going away and need to turn the server off, but don't worry, it'll be turned back on when i get back.

You will also need MC Patcher to make this texture pack work as it has pixels greater than 32x32, [url]http://www.mediafire.com/​?amgr3m00g36rutg[/url]
There are only a few simple rules to this server:
1. Make sure others beside yourself have fun. Don't in anyway try to ruin anyone else's fun by repeatedly killing them or by destroying their things.
2. Don't grief. This is meta-gaming, anyone caught doing so will be banned from the server for a indefinate period of time. In addition, don't just mindlessly destroy a blocked path if it says no entry because you want to see whats there. Chances are it will be a quest location. If it's blocked, it's probably not finished. If an admin griefs a base, it's probably because it isn't RP enough.
3. Don't steal from other players unless when in war with another faction.
4. Please follow any quest lines that get set by loremasters, i.e don't cheat by digging your way through.
5. Setting up a faction: Please make sure you have at least 3 -5 players willing to join your faction before you set it up. Seek permission from an admin first.
6. Please use correct grammar at all times so other players understand you.
7. Don't kill theives. Tell an admin, they will be arrested. They should then stand trial under an admin to decide whether to let them go, place them in prison or execute them.
8. No diamond armor.
9. To shout in game use !, to talk OOC (out of character) either shout or use ((.
10. This an RP server and so please have an appropriate skin, nickname (/nick in game) and make sure you don't make non-RP things, for example, "Science" did not exist. Also, make sure you try to follow the quest lines...
11. Don't leave floating bases, ground or trees, this is an RP server and so only chopping down half of a tree ruins the imersion for other players for instance. The only exception to this is the Imperial City which floats on floating Islands.
12. Finally, the admins word is always final, do not argue. If you are unhappy with an admins decision, contact another admin over steam or facepunch and they will see what can be done.
If you give your MC username and accept the rules, you will be added to the whitelist.

This sounds awful. First off, you're not even running it from a rented host, but from your crappy home computer. If it's trying to be roleplay, you take away all of the freedom of roleplayers by having things admin controlled. Thievery should be allowed any way, trials should be ran by players, no diamond armour is just stupid. The whole concept is just incredibly idiotic. If you want to look at a server that is partially successful with roleplay, go to Games in Progress and look at "Age of Mines". They harbour a small playerbase, but they still give more freedom and RP than this does.
If your going to home host, at least make the server up 24/7. But yeah, pretty much what Lori said.
