Hello everyone. I was thinking this was the right part of the forum I should post this in. Yes, this is my first post, but me and my friend are really dying for some feedback. We've made this 2d platformer game in Unity3D and would love some feedback.

The controls are on screen or you can use the keyboard. (A/Left Arrow for dashing and J/Space/Right arrow for jumping). Thanks for your time! :)
It's very clunky and choppy. The graphics look a bit stretched and pixelated. To be honest it isn't really enjoyable at all, it could be, but it needs far more polish.
Would have been more enjoyable as a mobile game, to be honest.
Thanks for your feedback! The game is meant for deployment on mobile when we reach some form of completed game. :) - We also have some problems with our graphics in fact, but yeah. No excuses, we just have to fix it. :D
There's a flash game like this called "Platform Racing" IIRC.
You guys should screw around with the graphics, they're p. terrible at the moment, honestly, or at least they won't appeal to the "Parachute Jump" crowd if they're your target audience, too cheesy. And if you're aiming to put this out as a mobile game, I don't think that the current game title, "Gentleman, Sir Cake" is even remotely appealing. What most people who actually play mobile games look for in a game are 'cute' artstyles, simple, but addicting game mechanics, and catchy titles. Oh, and is it intentional that you can dash while jumping?
The graphics look bloated out. The game itself is fine.
Again, thanks for your feedback :) - The game itself is inspired by several games that reminds of this, especially Robot Unicorn Attack and iRunner (for mobile). And yes, it is intentional that you can dash while jumping.
