I found this, and i was wondering if it's worth the money?
It actually looks promising, and i've always wanted to map in unreal engine :rolleyes:
I wouldn't pay for mapping tutorials, but that's just me.
But if they offer coding tuts too, then yeah, should be worth it.
Chances are you can find better tutorials on the web for nothing. I'd search around before you buy that.
There's very little UC tutorials on the net sadly.

Does anyone know good UDK introduction tutorials? :v:
I've tried searching for them in the past, but i havn't found anything that fits my learning curve. They're either going too fast, or taking 2 hours on basic model placement.
Why not ask on udk forum?
You can find pretty much everything you'll ever need to know about how the editor works on the official documentation and forums. The dvd is only teaching the editor, and it's not like nobody could use the editor before these dvds came along.

Because Facepunch isn't a forum about UDK where as the UDK forums are?

I prefer video tutorials for mapping, or text tutorials with images

They is a book about creating ut3 mods that is good and it basicly the same as UDK
That video is not about Unreal tournament mapping it's [I]also[/I] about developing with the UDK. Other then that the mapping for the unreal engine is quite easy.
But you can always [I]try it out[/I] and it can't be bad because its made by a dutch person
