I think you gift the other copy of HL2 to someone else, iirc.
Nope, you pay what it says you have to pay but you gain an extra copy of HL2 as a gift that you could give to a friend.
No, even if you already own any game that is part of The Orange Box, it will still be the same price. Supposedly you are able to gift Half Life 2 and Episode 1 from it if you already own either/both of them, as they were available prior to The Orange Box.
