The One Free Man: Be the only survivor to escape at the end of a campaign.
Access Denied: Kill 100 infected as they're climbing over a fence.
I hate gnomes...: Find a garden gnome in the first chapter of any campaign and take it with you to the rescue vehicle.
Off with Her head: Instakill a witch with the axe.

Flying to Hell: As a Tank, throw a survivor to their deaths.
BFF's: As a Spitter, spit on a Survivor while they are covered in barf.
Combo Jumper: Jump off 2 Walls and land on A survivor as a hunter.
Hoodlum: Incapacitate a survivor with your bare hands as a hunter.
The Mouth Way: As a Smoker, grab a survivor while he/she is covered in spit.
Boom Boom Revolution: Get knocked back as a boomer, blow up, and still cover a survivor.
Raining Puke: As a boomer, barf on a survivor while above them
Like a pack of Dogs: as a hunter, team up with another hunter to kill 2 survivors
Witchcraft: Cause the Witch to frenzy as an infected
Flying Fire: As a hunter on fire, incapacitate a survivor
Hulk Smash!: As a tank, kill all 4 survivors with one car.
Death Pinata: As a smoker, suspend a survivor so that they are killed by other infected.
Brother Bully: As a tank, kill a charger.
No Hitter: As an Infected, incapacitate a Survivor before he scores a single point of damage against any Infected.
EarthQuake: Make 10 survivors stumble back after pouncing another.
AfterShocks: Cause a survivor to fall to his death after stumbling backwards.
Water Sports: Vomit on, then spit on, or pounce a survivor, while someone else does the other two.
Old School: Pounce 25 survivors covered in boomer bile.
OTHER---
Hypocrite: Buy the game while in the boycott group. (That'll probably be about half the people in the group.)

We all know there will be a crowbar achievement that references Gordon in some way...
Bonk! achievement needs to be more. I love the kill achievements, and watching the number count up and up and up.
