Civ4 isn't really fun.

Atleast, after a while. I always get too bored and quit half way through the game.

Why?

Because building shit takes wwaaaayy too long and people sometimes take fucking forever on a single turn.

But that's just my opinion.

I'd say go with STALKER, if you really had to choose one of these.

Civ4 isn't really worth it unless you can get all the expansions with it.

Frontlines is basically dead online or so I've heard from people who played it.

lol already bought all three, just 15 dollars, It's already cheaper that just getting stalker WOULD have been.
