Shortcuts on steam keep re-appearing when I try to delete them.

I've deleted various steam game list shortcuts many times, but they keep coming up.

These were shorcuts ON steam, but, like I said, they keep coming back no matter what I do.

Help?

When you delete them reset steam.

It's because Steam had to close without saving the settings. Happens to me when I forget.
