As the title says.
Me personally, I enjoy how easy it is to just log onto steam and buy the latest game (granted I have the money). The distributing methods in the video game industry has gotten more and more advanced so no longer would anyone ever have to buy retail if they really wanted, speaking for pc only though.
I enjoy nothing of the sort
I just wish valve didnt sell out to EA :\

how is getting an accomplished publisher selling out
The fact that anyone can get into it. TV and movies have their indy films but they're seen at mostly shit. There are thousands of books getting released every year but only 1 or 2 turn out to be good. The gaming industry, indy games are something people love and respect as long as you know what you're doing.

It's not like they fired every Valve employee and replaced them with EA ones. They still make the same games, they still have the same team, it hasn't changed the games they produce or the company it's self at all.
Developers like Paradox Entertainment and Bohemia Interactive.

EA's a hell of a lot better than the publisher they had before.
I like it how they make games that I can play and stuff
strangely enough, I always thought I was a gamer, but the games I have on my computer are very few. and I almost never play them.
and for some reason the only games I ever put a lot of hours into are MMO's. Even though I got games like Mass effect, Oblivion, STALKER and Fallout 3 installed
i must be a mmo fag :(
