Is anyone else getting Cata on Christmas? - Games

I feel like everyone else has it and im all alone :(

I'm getting it in January along with a time card.

Yeah, I play on my friend's grandpa's account. He rarely plays and hasn't gotten cata and I don't think he will.

I love the fact Cataclysm was released right before christmas. Gives the auction house a chance to spike for no reason and let me make another 15k.

I feel the same way too. My account got hacked and Blizzard never fixed it but when Cata came out I decided it was too much to resist. I made a trial account, got to 20 and made the decision that I'm going to buy all of the expansions again. The problem with this is that I feel like I'll be way behind by the time I manage to buy the expansions and get to 80. I hope I'm wrong and good stuff doesn't start happening for at least a month or so.

There was a fair number of people running around, but it certainly wasn't flooded. As a matter of fact, the farther I got through, the less people I saw. I think most of them ended up getting tired of it, or probably going to bed knowing what time it was.

A word of advice go ahead and get the free trail so you can get a head start on your Goblin or worgen if your a puss. All you have to do is go and upgrade your account, mpst everything is already downloaded so it only takes a sec.

I was planning on buying it a week or two ago but some ignorant jerk on eBay won't pay me for an Xbox I sold to him :orks:

I just got it today. I installed from the CD, which seemed to take forever, and now it's saying I have to download another 6.7 gigs, but apparently I can play after downloading after I download 700. /sigh
