The 1.0 $ to € ratio is ridiculous. What I'm looking for is a friendly American who would be willing to gift me some games which I would pay for via paypal. Of course I could throw in an extra dollar or so for the effort.
How do we know we can trust you?
Well, you can ask him to send half of it, you buy the game and gift it, he sends the rest.
It's a bit of both sides actually, how can he actually trust You
then he could just get it half price
Well since you'd be the one doing me a favour I suppose I'd have to send the money first.
i would but i'm in the UK and we also have awful exchange rates :(

me too. sorry.
I could do it I guess, it doesn't seem too complicated.
Why do they even have the bad ratio? Is there a reason behind it?
Valve thinks 1$=1Euro
So is anyone up for it? A decent rep. on FP is a plus.
I'd do it, but unfortunately I was dumb enough to be born in Finland. Good luck on your hunt though.
i would but i currently need all of my money
I could do it.
Im canadian so yeah. I would be willling to do it but you would have to pay and extra 3 bucks for the extra charges steam lays on.
I'll do it, but I really am hesitant about it, I don't want to get ripped off.
Paypal stopped accepting money for me, so I can't do it.
I'll do it. Just send the money to my paypal in advance and we'll sort the rest out later.

Valve does not set the price.
Also, Mirror's Edge is the worst game, it costs twice as much (actually 265% more or so) in EU as in America..

Quantum of Solace is 265% more expensive aswell, it's fucking dumb. People in the EU basically pay the price of around two and a half copies of the game but only get one copy.
Sorry, I'd gladly do it if I had a credit card :( Maybe if I get a debit card.
I know everyone says they would do it already, but I wouldn't mind doing it either. I have an old paypal I set up a while back.
You can keep the extra dollar too :P
Although, are there any exchange rate taxes for this kind of stuff?
