Can't remember the name of a game - destruction/demolition sim

Hey, I'm having difficulty tracking down one demolition/destruction sim that had been popular on these forums a few weeks, back.

Essentially you could build up buildings, place dynamite and than detonate it, the graphics looked a little dated, but it was a really nice simulator.

I vaguely remember someone saying it used to be called 'kaboom' but the name changed when it went retail.

Can't find it in search and I know it wasn't that demolition game on steam.
