Its a 25/100 Chance of me getting in Garrysmod and a 10/100 To join a Server..

**Things i've Tried**
Reinstall Garrysmod
Reinstall Steam
Use CCleaner
Scan Everything, Fixed all DLL's
Scan For Virus's
Use a Custom Script, that my friend made (He's a Programmer, and Professional.)
Reinstall Steam 5 Times.......
Asked 2 Professionals for Help..

MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit SP1, AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor, 4.0GB Ram, Nvidia Geforce GT 545.. Its good enough..
Sounds like a problem with your PC. Is your PC really old, or maybe you have some shitty CPU or Graphicard. If you post your system info here I bet someone else can help you.

It could be your internet connection.
Is someone else in your house using a lot of bandwidth lately?
