Dude, just RENT ODST! It's free if you have Gamefly (well not really) and let your friend borrow your copy. There is no code, the codes were rare and barely any were given out to the public, so no sense trying to get one. And changing info on accounts doesn't mean they can't be taken back, if the person contacts steam support.

They're on friends accounts that they gave to me because they no longer wanted them, and some are back up accounts.

It is still not worth it. You're going to want to play them again some day.
