Hey there people today i saw a video of someone playing as the lich king in WOW:WoTLK and he aslo has the Frostmourne sword i wonder how he gets it does anyobody know?

it's called a private server.
It's just a few model edits by the looks of it. Probably just swapping out the Undead model with the Lich King one.
Also, how did you manage to miss the huge WoW section?

There's no way to play as arthas himself (only in warcraft 3), the only thing you could do is swap models. But I only did that back in Vanilla WoW so some things might've changed here and there.

It's pretty impossible to switch models. Back before TBC was released, I was using the Goblin Rocket Car model to replace the Ram. Was awesome riding around on it.
Can't do that anymore.
there can only be one lord of darkness, as there can be "the last surviving of the darkspear tribe" but god knows how many trolls there are

There is a quest in Icecrown where you play as arthas and slaughter his men.
If frostmourne dropped it would be GG anyway. Frostmourne corrupts the soul of the person who yields so the sword, so if someone picked it up and used it then they would become what Arthas is now. Nah, the sword will probably be destroyed or you will destory it during/after the fight. I'm guessing some part through the fight you get help from a familiar face (maybe Jaina :O) or several faces. You destroy the sword with their help, then you finish off Arthas. I hope.
Jaina for alliance.
Sylvanas for horde.

Makes me wonder why players can craft Saronite plate-sets. They should be affected by the some-sorta old gods curse? Or.. something.

One of the lore guys (at BlizzCon) said that due to the Saronite, players will leave "part of them" behind in Northrend. I'm not sure what he means with this or if it's going to be significant or not.
