Need a tutor for using Demo Smoother

So I need to learn how to use demo smoother for an upcoming machinima, but even after watching 6 or 7 tutorials, I cant use it at all, I want to make key-frames but I need to be able to delete my previous path and what not, I am lost here, add me over steam, my steam ID is STEAM_0:1:9986703 00:33
