Far Cry 1 map editor?

Yesterday I was gifted Far Cry by my friend. I've been loving it so far but I can't seem to find the map editor for it. I've seen it in trailers and such but there's no sign of it in-game or in any of my steam content tabs.

Can anybody tell me how to access it? Help would be very much appreciated.

Steam/Steamapps/Common/far cry

Should be in there.

its in the common folder of your steam folder in the far cry folder, search around abit

Check your steam apps folder? It should be called Sandbox 1 or something I'd imagine.

Found it, thanks a lot for the help. I never thought about looking in the actual files, I was under the impression that it would be in my tools tab or something.

I tried it two days ago, and it REALLY is. The difference being there is also a side-wireframe view and a top view aside from the perspective view.

I hate Far Cry 2 with a passion. It is the shittiest game of all time. No one could make a worse game.
