The Last Remnant Default Problem

Hello, i recently bought the last remnant game i have to say it's pretty awesome but everytime i got to launch the game it goes back to default settings. It start in windowed mode and back to the xbox 360 controller which is annoying sice i don't have one. Anyone else have last problem or know how to fix it?

Last Remnant is a horrible RPG.

Also for your problem just use your mouse to change options.

I use the mouse to change the options but when i change them and quit game they automatically change back.

I remember renting this from gamefly, And accidently moved the 360 while it was playing.
