Alright, so after the new Steam UI update, I have a problem. I can't load or connect to steam anymore.
I try to launch Steam, but I keep receiving this message. "Steam is temporarily unavailable, please try later." Sometimes it would pass the 100% dowload mark, but it will just begin again downloading 2 more times. On some cases it would stop at 26% and do the same pattern. This has been going for numerous days.
I have tried re-installing steam, deleting/renaimg the Steam ClientRegistry.blob. Tried disabling my firewall and attempted to give out the special permissions to Steam; no work. Tried the -tcp and -clearbeta commands on the shortcut; again nothing. Though I had problems trying to use the steps of connecting my computer directly to my modem, I still got nothing. The same problem happend when I tried to test out the beta for the new UI before it's public release.
Any thoughts or suggestions on helping me out? I had already sent out an E-mail to Steam support, but that got me no where. Just wondering if you guys had any idea.
