How do you gift a game you already own?

See, I just bought the stalker pack on steam, and i got Shadow of chernobyl as well as call of pripyat, but I already own ShoC. Is there any way I could gift the extra copy to someone?

I think so, yeah. There's a sort of "extra copies" column in your games tab. I remember gifting a game once through that, I just don't remember exactly how.
