I need some suggestions on a good mmorpg. Anything that is easy to jump in and play and has alot of pvp. I used to play runescape and I liked that and I tried World Of Warcraft via the demo and I didn't understand anything so I just gave up on it. Anyone have any suggestions?
You didn't understand World of Warcraft? Then you're not going to do well with other MMOs. Seriously WoW is probably one of the easiest to understand MMOs out there.
Try EVE Online. It's on the opposite spectrum of World of Warcraft.
has alot of pvp
EVE
easy to jump in
Not EVE
Maplestory, 2D, and pretty awesome. but i rage quited after i got a shitty hair due.
Usually most people quit for something reasonable. I won't be trying that one out though. ;)

Something with the Runescape but more PVP orientated and Teamwork. Darkfall Online,Only trouble its not noob friendly definatly 20mins in you will get jumped by like 5guys. Overall still a good mmo
Age of Conan Fucking awesome Think of a grown man's Runescape
Age of Conan is a good pick and you can get it for $5 if you do it quickly (like.. Within the next 14 hours.) http://www.direct2drive.com/d2dturns5

Repeat 15,698 times until you're level 80.

Try Guild Wars. Good fun. http://www.guildwars.com
Have you even done the quests in Northrend? It's a whole lot different.
'Normal' = Get quest, go to X, do Y Wrath = Get quest, go to X, do Y, do Z (normally on corpse) Yep, that shit's a whole new ball park alright
Try Guild Wars. Good fun. http://www.guildwars.com
Guild Wars really isn't an MMO.
Try Dekaron or Conquer Online.
Try Dekaron or Conquer Online.
Dekaron or 2 moons is a grind at higher levels, a really large one.
I'm also looking for a good mmo to play, I don't care of the difficulty or learning curve, or if you have to pay, I thought I'd post here because I shouldn't start my own thread if there is one exactly like it. I loved SWG, the economy, and the ships and everything, I was thinking of trying eve, but one huge drawback is the death penalty and kill anyone anywhere thing, I am not a person that likes losing all their hard earned gear to some 13 year old kids that decided to jump me on my way to deliver something. I was thinking of aion, but I heard it was literally just another mmorpg, with seriously basic stuff, even the classes. And fallen earth witch I also heard was bad. And champions online got boring after a week of playing it, and the pvp is too unbalanced. and I don't want to play wow because too many people play it, and I'm afraid I'd get addicted to it.

Like pirate, mercenary, etc. Like you make lots of money go to lowsec with a expensive ship and expensive modules but no pvp knowledge your going to get blown up by someone with a lot cheaper ship than yours.
