This doesn't happen on all servers and sometimes happens on certain maps on other servers. When I'm about to join a room, this happens: Is this because of all the downloaded weapons I got? If not, please help.
It's because of that background Try backing-up that file (in a separate folder) and deleting it?
It's definitely because of all the downloaded weaopns you 'got'. Remove models\weapons\w_rif_aug.* and track down the author of the AUG ("Bullpup") replacement you downloaded. Complain to him/her that their mod breaks file consistency. You could also try just deleting the w_rif_aug.phy, though I never found out if that works.
Alright thanks. I'll just download another AUG weapon. That will probably work. Also, it's not the background esrande.
I'm pretty sure the server has: sv_consistency 1 sv_pure 1 Which does not allow any custom files, find another server.

The author isn't doing anything wrong, it's just the server not allowing custom models.
Haha, not quite. The author isn't doing anything wrong, it's just the server not allowing custom models.
The consistency error doesn't mean the server isn't allowing any custom models. It means that the server is not allowing custom models within a certain size range of the original model it replaces. If a server isn't allowing custom models, the client wouldn't be kicked - they'd see either the default weapon, the default weapon with a 'missing texture' checkered pattern, a wireframe version of either weaopn, or no weapon at all. And the authors do usually get yelled at for releasing consistency-breaking models; FPSB submissions usually get rated very low if they break consistency and the comments will almost always be requesting a consistent re-release. It's sort of assumed by now that keeping weapons consistent is a major responsibility on behalf of the author.
