Instructions : ([highlight] Read them, if you don't, you're gonna be disqualified.[/highlight])

Start with a word, make one spelling mistake (IE : Dag)
Pick the 2nd word on the spelling suggestions list,
Take a picture of it, or if you have your regular DS, describe it. (IE :A phallic, wet, oiled up penis.)
continue to do this, while adding or taking away words,
[highlight]ONE LETTER MAXIMUM[/highlight]

(if for some reason the second suggestion is the word already seen, try the 3rd suggestion)

it's the games (roms) which are illegal and some of the other components like the BIOS.

Ahh,I'm gonna point out once again that the legal matters depend on the laws your country has and since the laws generally differ at each country you can't be certain of what is legitimate and what not.That's mainly for the posession of roms.

Emulators are legal in most(if not all-I can't be certain of that) countries because they do not "use" any copyrighted material.Only the games ,names etc of a console are copyrighted ,the code of the emulator is irrelevant to them.So if you have any legal questions it would be better to ask a lawyer in your country and not here.

Essentially, emulators are completely legal for creation, distribution, and use in the United States. There is no further interest from the United States Court System to hear any further cases on them.

As for roms, they fall into a gray area in the law. Games that no longer have valid copyrights are legal to make into roms. Orphan games are legal to make into roms. Games that are user created are legal also.
