Ok, before i say anything I want to say: I AM NOT POOR, I JUST DON'T HAVE THE MONEY ATM BECAUSE I PRE ORDERED COD6 PRESTIGE EDITION, because I do have alot of money, look up "Scan White Cobra" if you wanna see my PC. Ok, now thats out of the way. Is there any cartoonie type free MMOs that are kind of like Final Fantasy but you can customise your character uniquely like WoW, and more classes than the few simple ones in FF 1 to 12... so... i'm looking for a RPG Online like WoW and like Final Fantasy. But i know for free nothing is gonna be as good as WoW :)
Run Escape.
It's not COD6. It's Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
well MW2 then, and i hate runescape.
You could try a WoW privateserver
i play WoWBeeZ ^^ but not that much, i do have 3 level 80's on normal WoW nearly 4 :D
DDO (dungeons and dragons online) Easily the best free mmo out there.
ok il check it out :)
wow private servers SUCK compared the retail realms they're boring, broken and "get to lvl80 nao"
wow private servers SUCK compared the retail realms they're boring, broken and "get to lvl80 nao"
This.
i said i dont play it much anymore, and much to me is once in a blue moon.

runes of magic
DDO is easily the best free MMO option out there at the moment. I think its USA only though, and has a few restrictions if not paying. But the restrictions can be overcome without paying so DDO poo
not being able to play as two classes without paying is bullshit right at the start (warforged, drow elf)
Races. I haven't studied Online's rules too much, but in P'n'P DnD, races are not like classes. At all. Two completely different concepts, and missing out on the Warforged and Drow Elf shouldn't be too inhibiting. (I think you are missing the Monk and maybe another class without paying, though...) And I'd like to point out that Runes of Magic does require you to buy mounts and items, if you want any hope of surviving PvP. Its hands are far from clean of the micro-transaction filth that coats nearly every free MMO out there. It's still, well worth the time to play, of course.

But RoM doesn't take 2 races and a class away from you, in fact an entire new race and two classes are being released for free on the 15th. DDO also has those stupid player slots so you can only have 2 characters at the same time, which is a joke. I'd much rather have the optional mounts than two character slots, two missing races and a missing class.

The two character slots really aren't a problem, because (at least from what I've played), you need to pour a good dose of time into each character, so you'd have to be playing for a lo-o-o-o-ong time to reach the (without paying) level cap. Again, in pen-and-paper DnD, races more or less just add a small attribute boost and some exclusive feats, so assuming DDO is anything like that, the two classes are hardly anything to cry about. The missing class I understand; that's pretty damn annoying. Considering the top-notch polish on the rest of the game, and the fact that the Monk is not a really necessary member of a party, it's a small sacrifice, though.

Actually it WAS a P2P MMO till they decided to make it f2p. So be thankful you can get such a good MMO for free. Go play runescape or your gay ROM or something. [editline]03:05AM[/editline] Oh and if people weren't reading, I'm pretty sure the races etc can all be bought through ingame methods. Correct me if I'm wrong. I've read up on that, and the games pretty carebear for those who just item shop crap. Sure you can get stuff without item shopping, but its harder. Same idea sort of applies towards DDO. Your arguments are sort of invalid. [editline]03:12AM[/editline] I should mention this sooner, rather than later. I'm not calling RoM a bad game, I just feel you're not giving DDO nearly enough credit for what it is. Free.
but if you aren't calling it a bad game why did you call it "gay rom or something" earlier
Because he's trolling you.

DDO is one of the best Freebie MMO's out there, and it's top notch enough to even subscribe for, especially with all the content you get for subscribing, which you can unlock using Turbine points without Subscribing, or paying anything, but that would take forever, Pay the 15 a Month, get 10 Character slots, get the two races, the two classes, all the dungeons and extra content to play around in, Hell I even think you can keep playing your Unlocked classes/Race toons after your Sub runs out (But don't hold me to it)
if you like pvp then try out turf battles
It's not COD6. It's Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
It's Just Modern Warfare 2. It is no longer a Call of Duty game. On topic, try Anarchy online if it hasn't been mentioned.
