If this happens right after the video, skip it just as it starts. [editline]07:18PM[/editline] I just realized that you're trying to play on an integrated GPU, good luck with that.

No, it's integrated, you can't do shit to it.
No, it's integrated, you can't do shit to it.
Would something like a USB card work? Or mabye just adding another one? How do I ckeck if I can do that? I need to work out how to open my case too.
Vista. Theres your problem.
Vista. Theres your problem.
Sarcasm?
Sarcasm?
No. Vista sucks donkey balls.
You're going to need to get something a little bit more powerful than an integrated graphics card to run anything beyond 2002. No, you can't just plug something in a USB port. If you don't know what to do, search around and in future be more careful if you're buying a computer to run games on. What can you run? Just for some indicator of what that card can even do.
No. Vista sucks donkey balls.
Get out. OP, it's probably your integrated Intel graphics.

So buying a External Graphics Card is not a viable option?
No. Vista sucks donkey balls.
Hurf durf vista sux becuz i can't run it. Get off the "Vista sux" bandwagon, you're years overdue. In all my time of using Vista i've never had any problems. Unless i played old games. Serious Sam old. And even that was resolvable.
Why would you even want an external graphics card? Just buy a cheap one for $30 and play.
But I don't know if I can replace my integrated one with a cheap OR expensive proper card.
But I don't know if I can replace my integrated one with a cheap OR expensive proper card.
The integrated one doesn't even take up a slot. You can open up your computer to check which slot you have Older computers have PCI slots, newer ones have PCI-Express slots. If you don't have a PCI-E slot you probably won't find a decent card, but you can still find one that could run FO3.

If you have PCI Express 16X you should get a ATI 4850. Underneath are some common videocards plugged into a system much like yours. You want to keep your fps higher then 30 (45 ideally) 1680x1050, High Quality GeForce 9800 GTX 62 Radeon HD 4850 57 GeForce 8800 GT 56 GeForce 9600 GT 52 Radeon HD 3870 38 Radeon HD 2900 XT 36 Radeon HD 4670 35 Radeon HD 3850 26 GeForce 8600 GTS 26 Radeon HD 2600 Pro 9 1680x1050, Medium Quality GeForce 8600 GTS 52 GeForce 7900 GS 39 Radeon X1950 Pro 33 Radeon HD 2600 Pro 29 Geforce 7600 GT 27
