Stupid gay error. - Games - Facepunch Forum

I don't know where to put this but i thought here would do for now. I had this error before but i only fixed it by reinstalling and i don't wanna reinstall every time. [img]http://img160.imageshack.us/img160/4597/stupidsteam.png[/img]

This error is both stupid and gay, you say? Jesus fuck, if it was only one or the other, I could have helped you, but BOTH? Out of the question.

Gay error..I do believe you need to hump your computer.

A bit of googleing turned this one up. [url]http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?t=131328[/url] Multiple sites quote that as a fix. Just, uh, if you don't have enough memory in the first place, it might not be the best idea in the world to do this.

If you go to "My Computer", find your C: drive (hard drive) and there should be a meter right under it (Vista). However, if you run XP, you have to click on it first, and then check the lower-left side of your screen.

That's hard drive space. To check your RAM, in XP Start>run>type in dxdiag. Its listed there. For vista and up, Start>Type in dxdiag. Same deal.

It means RAM not Harddrive space, specs PLEASE.

Paste your dxdiag screen. That'll tell us everything we need to know.

Start > Run > regedit32.exe. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management Also, I expected an error message that informed the OP that it likes cocks.

I know this isnt the best idea, but get more RAM. 1 Gb is not enough these days.

god damn you people are unhelpful pool memory != RAM he has an unsufficiant amount of virtual memory, you'll have to to up it and while you're at it remove a lot of shit off that hard drive [editline]09:46PM[/editline] I mean back when HL2 was released it was common for most people to have 256 or 512MB of RAM you'd think he would have enough with 1GB to at least run it
