Fable 2 - Is it good? - Games

I've seen the game advertised a lot and I'm wodering, it's my birthday this saturday coming and I might look to get this. So, is it a good game?

It was fun for the first play-through for me. After that it gets repetitive. Peter Molyneux really knows how to over-hype his games btw. It is fun and original though.

For the $20 it costs these days, it's worth it. Silly old me decided to buy the special edition when it first came out.

Definitly a great game, I love it.

I enjoyed it. First playthrough is the best, and after that its just something to play to waste some time.

And the game COULD be worth it, it's always fun to see how your character ends up compared to your friends, although the game hasn't got much depth to it, and it's real short. A good time waster once you already finished it once though.

I shat my pants and killed all the residents in town for laughing at me, after that I moved to another town and banged all the women in there.

I say that they re-skinned everything and added a dog and jobs.

Dont expect to be playing it for weeks though, you can easily beat the story line over the weekend.

Really nice game, but the campaign/story is dissapointing short and not nearly as good as in Fable TLC. In TLC i felt like reading an exciting fantasy book where you wanted to know more. The story in Fable 2 is average and not interesting in anyway. More options and more free stuff though.

It's good, but not THAT good. Way too short, but doing side quests, jobs and fucking big boobed women was entertaining for about 10 hours. Until you sacrified your wife to Satan and your baby was taken to custody.. F*CKING BABYSNATCHERS! The woman died in a fascinating way, though. Decapitation.

It's worth it for the reduced price. If you liked the first one, you should try it.

Rent it if you must. Don't spend 35 on it.

Alright, I'm either going to get the board game Risk, or Fable 2. Which one is perferable?

Fable 2. Unless you have hardcore Risk fans for friends, it won't be played much.

Got bored of it halfway through. Although it didn't help I kept trying to play it with 2 hours of sleep under my belt. Fable 1 was great though, played through that several times. Should probably give Fable 2 another shot someday.
