Not run the Public Test Realm.
But I'm not, I'm playing on the standard version.
Run the repair program.

this is like the fifth thread in the WoW forums in like a week, mostly about fairly insignificant things that don't even need a thread
Redownload the client off battle.net
My launcher does the same, just go to your WoW folder and just launch without using the launcher and it works.
Be best to repair it in the long run though.
Try using the repair tool in the WoW folder.
