Rules of the post:
No Flaming - Everyone is entitled to their opinion and shouldn't be a problem between anyone. You may have arguments but you shouldn't make someone feel like shit.

That's really the only rule but I'm going to start this off.
My favorite game would be Galaga! I mean its simple, fun, and you could play for hours until you finally get pissed off enough to just quit. Honestly it may not be the best graphics but at the time it was the best thing other
than Space Invaders that caused a widespread coin shortage in China.
That's what the 5th one was, Majora's Mask, game still creeps the fuck out of me though
The only thing I don't like about it is that it repeats over and over :/
My favorite is Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hackers Memory. And despite the overly long name, its just as good as the previous one.
These are some of the few games ill buy day one, as a sign of support and because im a huge digimon fan/digimon games have been killing it the last few years.
Also try to start Gravity Rush 2 since it finally hit the sales with a hefty cut in price. Should be playing Xenoblade 2 spin princess slots but I'm having too much fun with my new surround sound kit, friggin love it (when I finally got it working after almost two days of tinkering with it).
Then going to try to play some Halo:MCC,also later in the day Mortal Kombat XL.
As much as answering such questions is downright impossible for me, here are the ones immediately coming on top of my mind

perfect in almost every way IMO
If there's one game that I somehow end up coming back to, its GTA Vice City it might be the shortest one in the series but by god was it designed right, it has the same aura of enjoyment that tf2 does for me, if the next gta game turns out to be vice city again I'm gonna be afraid of it since there's no way it could be close to it.
The Metro franchise
around 700 hours on them in total
Doom (1993)
Hands down. For some reason it's the only game that I find myself consistently coming back to. The endless high quality mods definitely help.
Super Mario World

I don't know, it gives me a special feeling every time I start it up. played it ever since its original release, played the shit out of it then, then it came out on the 360, played the shit out of it again with my close friends, then the 2015 update came out, my friends ended up getting it on the PC and we played the shit out of it again.
I still on/off play it from time to time when i wanna relax and not think too much, play it with friends for a good month annually (usually around june/july)
theres a few others that I would consider favourite games -
World of Tanks (its grindy as all hell and the devs are cunts but my god I have some memories of that game)
Mount and Blade Warband (Napoleonic wars kept me playing that game for years, regiment battles were hella fun (big up 42nd blackwatch))
Battlefield 2142
Battlefield 4
Gmod (thousands of hours, must'v had some influence on my life somewhere)
Rising Storm 2 Vietnam (My latest favourite, just a bunch of fun and really easy to pick up and play compared to other RO games)
and one for the I still play to this day CnC Generals Zero Hour and Vice City
I have been playing these games pretty much for a good few months every year since their release, I just love them way to much to get bored of them
Left 4 Dead 2, it's the game I have put the most hours into according to Steam. The way the game is designed around co-op makes it a game I can't get bored from. It's also the game I play the most with my friends online.
Half-Life 2
Team Fortress 2
Portal
Portal 2
Batman: Arkham City
Fallout: New Vegas
Trials Evolution
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
Mirror's Edge
My personal favorite being.
Bioshock 1 it was just completely and utterly different in terms of setting and atmosphere I remember being too much of a chicken shit to play it when I was younger so I watched my older brother play it, and then playing it later I completely thoroughly enjoyed playing it 3 times over, whether it was using all the wrench upgrades or gaining the ability to turn invisible while standing still I just love that game so much.
And my other favorite being StarCraft 2 the first Starcraft was one of the first games I played when I was younger I loved it to bits, and then I was completely overjoyed with announcement of sc2 and fell in love all over again, I'd go into specifics but I honestly just love every part even the hideously cliché story.
And my third has to be Left 4 Dead 2 because me and my friends have put hundreds of hours into that game whether its running away from zombies that look like Tim Allen or defending helms deep I just have so many fond moments in that game.
Dark Souls 3
It's the game that got me back into gaming after a long while of not being interested in games.
This game is hands down one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. 2v2 is where its at. Your ranking system is superb, you can really tell how good a player is by their rank. All that being accounted for there is one area that could use some improvement. There are too many crybabies on quickchat. Expecting perfection from your tm8 is a naive expectation. Furthermore, I've found more often the person spouting nonsense is usually the one with the bad attitude ruining the game. At the same time you may get a tm8 that is constructive in their approach. Overall, people need to calm tf down amd put their big boy panties on and take adversity in stride or there neess to be some kind of conaequence or punishment. I found it out right when i fell bored with games that i got from top1apk. And, it was a huge satisfaction!
In no real order:
Demon's Souls
Shadow Tower
Episode 1 Racer (Racer Revenge is just as good also imo)
Draconus: Cult of the Wyrm
Marathon 1
Half-Life 2
Fallout New Vegas
Brigador
Red Faction Guerrilla
And my favorite game of all time ever is:

Factorio.
Timesplitters Future Perfect, no contest.
1.) Half-Life Series (Half-Life Opposing Force)
2.) Grand Theft Auto 3D Universe (Grand Theft Auto 3)
3.) Max Payne Series (Max Payne)
4.) Hitman Series (Hitman 2)
5.) Doom Series (Plutonia Experiment)
I like how this thread survived multiple bumps across 7 years
Honestly, Red Dead Redemption 2 is up there for me, even if I have a lot of problems with it if I get down to it.
I've always wanted a wild west simulator and this is kinda the closest thing we have, given the detail the game goes into.
