Is anyone else getting this issue? The DL speed slowed down to a halt and now won't start again.

I'm trying to install Left4dead but it said Steam servers are too busy to handle your request and didn't get past "download starting", and it's been like that for three days now.
And before that the game said there was a problem with the game files and they will be downloaded from Steam, but it didn't download anything or let me play either and when I tried defragging it, it said that internal data fragmentation was 1234936%.
Gabe is using the steam servers as a chair again so he can play some WoW(or whatever the fuck he does with his free time)
i got it this morning but i tried again about a minute later and it worked
