The specimens in Killing Floor and the Geth from Mass Effect.
Oh and the scribes, Drachetroopers, the assassins and the Veil Troopers in Wolfensten. I don't care what you guys think, but I fucking love the new Wolfenstein!

The Combine. Considering I bought Half-Life 2 the day it came out, and to this day still kill combine almost every time I play Garrysmod. The combine have outlived most all villians, and hopefully it will stay that way.

The assassins creep me out :c When I got the Tesla Gun, I heard a fucker climbing over the ceiling but I climb up the ladder and keep moving then I hear "I caaan seee yoouuu... Can you see me? YAHAHA!" behind me and I turn around JUST to see the fucker dissapear and then stab me in the back, killing me D:
The Storm Elites from Medal of Honor: Airborne. They're the superhuman soldiers who can carry the MG42 around. They take a lot of punishment, but they're satisfying to kill. Plus, they look badass IMO.
All the enemies in Gears of War 2, except Wretches and Bloodmounts, I like getting headshots..so satisfying :3:
Hunters from Halo series, take a lot of punishment, have a crazy gun as an arm, a shield as the other arm, and they're made of millions of worms, you can't get more badass than that.
