Is there an Online version Of Risk?

I bet you know what Risk is.
If you don't in a nutshell:
A board game focusing on world domination

So, what I'm looking for is a Real Time Risk Game that has Online.
Not 1 hour turns and stuff. [b] REAL TIME[/b]
Oh, and if it would be freeware would be good.

In Warcraft 3 there are tons of risk maps that you can play multiplayer.

Yeah, I am more intrested of a real game, not a mod.
(Besides those map sucks imo.)

What's the difference? Risk is a turn based game so real time really doesn't offer anything new.
