File path for GTA:SA savegame?

I was wondering if anyone knew the filepath of savegames for gta:sa on steam. Every week my computer has been deleting its hal.dll file in the system32 directory, and I have to reformat every week. My hard disk is fucked, and I'm getting a new one next month, but in the mean time I would like to be able to put my savegame on a flashdrive so I have the same file next time I reformat.

there is also a folder in it where you can add MP3s after that scan for songs in the option menu and you can listen to your own songs
