Roleplay2/Expansive Civilian Warfare a former mod gone standalone, based from the game Command & Conquer: Renegade. Now many of you likely don't remember it, but C&C:Renegade was a FPS game made by EA/Westwood ( Rest in Peace Westwood! )) centered in the Tiberium universe, where you played as a Spec Ops character working for GDI and fought NOD(<3), able to get a bit of guns as well as vehicles.
In the mod however, it expands and improves the game so much, adding in things like pilotable planes and submarines, and more. Basically it was before GTA even had [b]Modded[/b] multiplayer to create a similar experience, excelling of course.
