Anyone had any experience with "Mayflash N64 adaptor"?

Just bought this:

Took friggin' 21 days to ship, but I hope it was worth the wait. I'm currently waiting for a non-official N64 controller, but I hope it will work. If it wont, I emailed the owner of this store who sells retro stuff and he said I can send it back if it won't work. I'll buy a used official controller if all fails. I hope the analog stick isn't loose.

ANYWAY, does anyone have this adaptor? Does it work? How is it? Any experience? Can you play Project N64? What about NES and SNES? Genesis, even? What about PSX?

I can't find a review on the internet. Only that it probably does work using an *official* controller and not third party.

Ok, to those who come from google: The adaptor probably works, but does NOT work with third party controllers. Neither does the N64/PSX adaptor. So save yourself those 20-30$ and don't buy it.
