I'm leaving for Seattle in an hour or so, and on Tuesday I'm getting a tour of Valve.
What should I ask them, Facepunch?
Ask the missed out questions from last time this thread happened
Should ask Valve why they're straying from their roots and making it harder to mod and skin their games.
Dislodge from the rest of the group, enter stealth mode and report live.

Because they are online competitive games, there is no question there.

Don't forget to bring a silenced H&K USP and an mp3 player looping stealth music from the metal gear solid series over and over for the full stealthing experience.
I mean, stealthing is practically NOTHING without those two things.
EDIT:
In all seriousness though, as what they are plannign to do with CS:GO and what they plan to do with the source engine over time.
Why did the TF team stop with their weekly workshop items?
Go there in a HL3 t-shirt.

They are too busy with Half-Life 3.
Ask them why they have forsaken their greatest fans by neglecting func_vehicle for all these years.
Ask them about Richochet 2:Source
If anything will ever happen to day of defeat?
raid the fridge
Ask them what is their current biggest work.
Ask them if they will ever consider making custom L4D2 campaigns official
Ask about future projects; I wanna know what they have planned after CS:GO and DOTA 2. Also ask if they've been considering any new IPs lately.
Ask them if by any chance that Ricochet gets a Source version, kinda like Half Life did?
Give gaben a hug for me.
Not questions from me. Just simply say thanks for being a great company.
Tell them to release CSGO's source code.
I am so glad I live near valve. I am pretty much able to go up any time. Play tested multiple games for them their HQ is awesome, very relaxed and welcoming.
Last time I was there saw Gabe in the lobby of the building with a bunch of people. Also the first time I went there Gabe actually showed me around the place. This was in their old building though, his knife collection was crazy. Their new building is a ton bigger! Also the first time I was there met the people who created the first Counter Strike that was awesome. Also the people who were working on TF2 before it was announced. Saw lots of stuff about TF2. The sniper animation when he gets back stabbed when I came across a room I asked to check it out they said sure why not, and there was that guy working on the animation for the sniper was really cool to see everyone working.
Have fun though, it goes super fast!
Ask them about their plans for l4d/2. I feel like nothings happened to it in a long time though I know cold stream didn't go official until the beginning of this month. New Gamemodes?
I'm actually going to Seattle too in October. How do you get a tour?
"The updates CS:GO has been getting are great. It's good to see Valve addressing bugs as quickly as they are, of course, but some of us are wondering about content updates, such as additional maps, and yeah, I know it's been beaten to death, but silencers as well. Any chance we can get an idea when stuff like this will get added to the game? Thanks a bunch for your time, and for CS:GO. It's been an absolute blast so far."
Ask if SFM is coming to other platforms and if they are still working on the bugs, what'll be in future updates etc.
Ask if it'll ever be possible to run non-TF2 gamerules in SFM. It'd be an awesome tool for source mods to be able to import their game logic into SFM to make promotional videos.
Or if they'll just release some new codebase for modders to work off of. It'd be great to be able to use CSGO's fancy new lighting, or dota's cloth system.
Ask them what happened to Prospero. (for those who don't what that is, check the overwiki)

It's been permanently shelved according to their Valve handbook.
func_vehicle in CS:GO!
ask where the fuck episode 3 is
