You have a certain number of reinforcements on each side. You must use your tactics and skill to complete objectives, protect your team-mates, and win the game. This game features six missions, a leaderboard, and a space battle mode. You can choose from multiple ships and weapons. This game will sell for $1.49 or minimum steam price. System Requirements: Intel Core 2 Duo Video Card with 256MB VRAM 2GB RAM Windows XP or above
This game will release mid-September, with improved lighting.
Looks like any other space-shooter but cheaper.
Looks a little rough around the edges and it looks like the combat rather needs fleshing out some. If you look at other space combat sims there's more to it than spamming your machine gun weapon and sometimes slowing down time. You get missiles, strafing, boosters, flares and other things to give you more tools in combat. You often get limited weapon energy, limited booster energy or limited armaments to limit you and force you to use all of your tools to succeed. Sometimes you get really nifty stuff like weapon/shield power transfer and the ability to drift and shoot sideways.
I really like the sound effects, but this is 2012 - the graphics shouldn't be that bad.
