I'm a die-hard Trekkie, and even I think it needs more late game content.

if they gave some PvP rewards, like special ships with not much different other than looks, ranks, etc, along with an area you can warp in freely to do some mass PvP, I'd play it again... Klingons vs Federation, both spawning 100km from each other or something of that nature

Agreed. As a diehard Star Trek fan who was awaiting this with open arms and open eyes, I'm just...so, so sad...it was the biggest buzzkill of my life to find out that the game is an incomplete piece of tripe. I mean, it's got potential, but potential will not keep an MMO running. It needs more WoW in it, that pick up and play attitude, but needs to find it's own territory. It feels like an incomplete game trying to find itself. I'm just glad they got the ST universe right, at least.

Playing this game just made me want the original STO even more, which was going to be more of a Star Trek simulation than just another MMO.

I am very glad I didn't get that, I got bored with the game after the first month (hit RA5 after the first week =\).
Its awesome i tried the demo :)
