I'm stupid, I know, but this is kind of annoying. I just got Jedi Outcast today, and it's fun by itself. But, some cheats don't work. I've opened the ~ menu, done "HelpUsObi 2", but putting in /broadsword 1000 does not affect the game in any way(The cheat's supposed to enable ragdoll). Does it have anything to do with that I got it off Steam?
IIRC (and don't take my word on this, it was a LONG time ago when I last used cheats on Jedi Outcast) turning on cheats doesn't take effect properly until the next level. Worth a try.
Also, isn't activating cheats "HelpUsObi 1"? You know, as an obvious movie pun?
Oh yeah, I forgot. I did put in 1, though.
I've tried it in the main menu, didn't work either. Says the command was invalid.

I'll try the different level thing, though. Thanks.
The same problem often occurs on jedi knight jedi academy as well.
I have yet to find out why.
Didn't work.

The level thing.
devmapall "nameoflevel" will enable cheats
I HAVE cheats enabled. I can kill myself and everything, go noclip, use notarget and so on... It's just that some cheats don't work.
I think I got it to work by using devmapall
According to http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/file/516547/17470 this console command does not exist.
However, http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/code/914574.html lists this command, for Jedi Academy.
