Re-Installing Oblivion, What mods to get?

So I've been bored out of my mind recently, and I thought
"Hey, Lets play Oblivion!"
But I remember what made the game more fun, the mods.

Also, I had this mod that spawned every monster, regardless of your level
(You know, untill you are 40-50 ish you are not going to see a bandit in Glass Armour Etc.)
But I forgot its name... So it would be nice if you would remind me :downs:

So Facepunch, Any recommendend mods? If it has Tons of new mosters+and weapons I am intrested :v:

So what mod is the one that removes the level system for monsters
(You are not going to meet a glass armored bandit untill you are level 40 Etc.)
