Tuscon MegaBuild is a server that I do not have to pay for, so everything isn't limited like other servers. You download the tools, so why not be able to use them? The limits are very lenient, for example, prop limit is over 200 (But prop spam protection is on) and you may (or may not) put 50 thrusters on those props. Wire tools aren't very restricted either.
Well, I can give you a list of restricted tools (and who can use them) so you can see:
Dynamite - Respected
Lamp - Respected
Wire Explosive - Respected
...and that is it.
-This server has SV_Noclip turned on, so you don't have to pay (like other people make you) just to use noclip!
-Deathmatching is NOT allowed, however, you may build a contraption that institutes death. This may not be used on people if they ask/tell you to stop.
-You can spawn EVERY prop! There isn't a banned props list, but, if an admin catches anyone spamming/explosive raiding/getting people stuck in props, you will be banned.

Just ask a mod to move it, usually you won't get banned.
Could a mod move this for me? I really did not know that I clicked on GGD.
