• Fatal Steam Error

Whenever I try to start Steam, I get this message. "Steam.exe (Main exception): Cannot open blob archive file: CMultiFieldBlob(mem-mapped file): Failed to open existing file, Win32 Error 1392 "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."" Can anybody help me out? This happened after I closed the Steam and relaunched my computer.
Did you notice "Blob" in there? You know what that means? It's a clue. Delete the file in your steam folder called: "clientregistry.BLOB" See the blob? Makes sense.
Googling the error doesn't make any sense either. [editline]05:33PM[/editline] Or even searching! God forbid the internet have actual information on it.
